Geotrade Sp. z o. o. is implementing a project co-financed by European Funds "Expansion of the service base of the Hotel pod Śnieżnikiem and the introduction of paramedical and rehabilitation services as a response to the negative effects of the COVID-19 epidemic". - Project number RPDS.01 .05.01-02-0730/21The subject of the project is the expansion of the service base of the Hotel pod Śnieżnikiem and the introduction of paramedical and rehabilitation services as a response to the negative effects of the COVID-19 epidemic. The implementation of the project will allow the creation of a new infrastructure of the Hotel pod Śnieżnikiem located in Bolesławowo and the expansion of the current hotel, catering and wellness offer with paramedical and rehabilitation services.The implementation of the project involves the expansion of the outdoor part of the hotel with 3 protective canopies: 2 with an area of about 50m2 and 1 with an area of about 35m2. In addition, it is planned to create a terrace area for a Finnish sauna and a loggia. Completing the investment will be the installation of a photovoltaic system on the roofs of the protective canopies as an alternative source of energy both for the created infrastructure and for the needs of the entire facility. Contractors for the project will be selected in the course of a competitive procedure, and the project will be led by members of the Board of Directors and employees of the Hotel.The main objective of the project is to expand the service base of the Hotel pod Śnieżnikiem and introduce paramedical and rehabilitation services as a response to the negative effects of the COVID-19 epidemic.The project plans to create new infrastructure for the Hotel pod Śnieżnikiem located in Bolesławowo and expand the current hotel, catering and wellness offerings with paramedical and rehabilitation services. In addition, the project will contribute to improving the quality and innovation of products and services provided by Lower Silesian SMEs with the use of innovative methods in the field of health prophylaxis involving the use of LED light therapy panels.The objectives of the project include:- creation of conditions for the development of the Applicant's business in Lower Silesia in terms of diversification of its business activities,- creation of conditions for maintaining employment in the Applicant's enterprise,- creation of infrastructure adapted to the needs of disabled people,- gaining a new group of customers and expanding the circle of interested entities and institutions with the hotel's offer.Total expenditure value: PLN 244,975.17Value of eligible expenditure: PLN 244,975.17EU co-financing of the project: PLN 159,333.44
